Her international academic experience includes visiting scholar positions at the National University of Singapore and the University of Iowa, strengthening her global research and collaboration expertise. Dr. Liu specializes in curriculum development, policy research, and strategic program design.

Chief Technology Officer

With senior technical leadership experience across major technology organizations, including multiple roles within Alibaba Group, Mr. Li has led complex system development, supply chain technology operations, and scalable digital platform innovation. His background spans e-commerce infrastructure, logistics systems, and data-driven technology solutions.

Zhixing Xie
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Zhixing Xie is the Chief Operations Officer of Elora Learning Inc., with over 15 years of experience in operations management, procurement strategy, and process optimization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Shenzhen University, providing a strong foundation in compliance and operational governance.
He has held operational and procurement leadership roles across global technology organizations, including IBM, Accenture, Huawei, Tencent, and JRD Communication. His experience spans supply chain management, vendor relations, cost optimization, and cross-functional business operations.
